Job summary
AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Lexington, KY to be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards and remains guest ready through effective replenishment. You will lead Floorset execution, train the Floorset team, and collaborate with leadership to optimize merchandising and sell-through.
You will champion the guest experience, maintain stockroom safety, and support a culture of recognition while aligning with company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail merchandising and visual presentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to train and coach a Floorset team and collaborate with leadership.
Responsibilities
- Ensure store exemplifies AEO Brand Standards in merchandising and updates.
- Drive Floorset execution, train the Floorset team, and set productivity goals.
- Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
- Maintain store appearance and replenishment to keep guest experience high.
- Foster teamwork, recognition, and celebrate wins with the team.
- Uphold store safety and shrink-reduction strategies and adhere to policies.
