Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the Merchandising Team Leader to uphold AEO Brand Standards and guest experience.
• Drive Floorset execution by training the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Keep store merchandising fresh through day-to-day updates and replenishment.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities and take action.
• Foster teamwork and celebrate wins while maintaining safety and policy compliance.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reduction practices on salesfloor and stockroom.
