Job summary

AEO is hiring a Merchandise Leader in West Des Moines, IA to drive Floorset execution and uphold the brand visual standards. You will coach the Floorset team, optimize merchandising updates, and keep the store guest-ready through replenishment and proactive planning.

You will partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to maintain strong guest experiences, shrink-reduction efforts, and safety compliance while fostering a collaborative, energetic team culture.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment routines.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to maintain store standards and readiness.
• Foster teamwork, recognize achievement, and celebrate wins with the team.
• Uphold safety standards on salesfloor and stockroom; enforce policies.
