AEO is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader in West Des Moines, IA to drive merchandising strategy and guest-ready floors. You will train and coach the team, ensure adherence to Visual Standards, and lead replenishment and floorset execution with a guest-first mindset.

As a full-time leader on duty, you will develop short- and long-term plans, analyze trends, and build a high-performing store team that delivers exceptional service and meets KPIs while upholding our values.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in fashion or specialty stores.
• Proven ability to train and coach associates to meet brand standards.
• Strong eye for merchandising and inventory replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and floorset execution to brand standards.
• Develop and coach store team through feedback, performance reviews, and training.
• Recruit and develop strong talent to meet business needs.
• Foster teamwork and real-time coaching to engage associates.
• Ensure daily operations maintain store safety and asset protection standards.
• Uphold AEO policies and deliver the guest-ready store at all times.
