Job summary

Aerie/AEO is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Reno to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader. You will drive Floorset execution, merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.

You will lead a team, train staff, and focus on opportunities to improve sell-through while maintaining store standards and safety. This role requires flexible hours and a passion for retail merchandising.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising and Floorset execution experience.
• Ability to train and coach Floorset team.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience with Merchandising Team Leader.
• Execute Floorsets by training the Floorset team and meeting productivity goals.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
