Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to uphold AEO Brand Visual Standards and drive Floorset execution.

You’ll train the Floorset team, manage replenishment, and keep the store guest-ready with sharp merchandising and timely updates. You’ll champion a culture of recognition, focus on the guest experience, and work with leadership to seize merchandising opportunities while maintaining store safety and shrink-reducing

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and guest experience.
• Experience driving Floorset execution and merchandising updates.
• Ability to coach floorset teams and set productivity goals.
• Commitment to brand standards and store upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution and training of the Floorset team.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards on the sales floor and in replenishment.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to optimize visuals and stock.
• Focus on guest experience and a culture of recognition.
• Support shrink-reducing strategies and safety policies.
