Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs.
• Guides and supports members regarding self-service technology and purchases.
• Locates merchandise, resolves issues, and promotes Walmart and Sam's Club products and services.
• Assists management with supervising associates and training on processes and customer service approaches.
• Ensures safety, merchandising, pricing, and cleanliness on the sales floor.
• Supports open-door policy and participates in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates.
