Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club in Augusta, ME is seeking a full-time associate to provide member service, guide customers in self-service technology, assist with purchases, and maintain an organized, safe store environment.

You will help supervise teammates, manage stocking and merchandising, and participate in open-door ethics policies while supporting training and development programs offered by Walmart.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: leading a team, supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring and managing workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Maintain safety and merchandise presentation, handle claims and returns, and ensure proper pricing and zoning of products.
• Supervise associates, assign duties, train staff, give feedback, and support store operations to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee stock, stocking, displays, and cleanliness across departments; monitor shrink and hazardous materials per policy.
