• Resolve member issues and concerns according to company guidelines.
• Assist management with supervision of associates and training.
• Maintain the sales floor, stock merchandise, price items, and handle returns.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee club pickup orders and staging during the day.
• Develop processes with managers and partners and promote ethics and Open Door Policy.
• Participate in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates.
