Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, giving guidance on self-service technology and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Assist management with supervision of associates in the assigned area, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and evaluating performance.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation, stock shelves, signage, pricing, and organization per company policies.
