Qualifications

• Six months of retail experience.
• Six months of customer service experience.
• Leading a team or supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing workload.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support associates to deliver strong performance and great member service.
• Reinforce expectations, provide feedback, and recognize accomplishments.
• Support hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day development of associates.
• Keep merchandise stocked, organized, and ready for members.
• Ensure Club Pickup (online orders) is accurate, on time, and easy for members to collect.
• Jump in to problem-solve and keep operations moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Create a welcoming, helpful experience for every member.
• Resolve concerns quickly and confidently.
• Assist members with purchases, questions, and self-service tools.
• Use basic performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Help streamline processes to make work easier for the team.
• Partner with club leadership to keep operations running efficiently.
