Job summary

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs, guiding them on self-service technology, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Assist management with supervising associates: assign duties, communicate goals, train on processes, and provide feedback.
• Receive, stock, and organize supplies and merchandise; maintain sales floor and product displays; complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Oversee club pickup orders, ensure correct selection and staging, and support merchandise presentation across departments.
• Demonstrate and support compliance with company policies and ethics; participate in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates.
