Walmart's Sam's Club in Houston, TX is seeking a full-time associate to support member service, stocking, and store operations. You will assist customers, stock, and ensure safety and quality across departments.

The role includes supervising teammates, coordinating tasks, handling returns, and promoting products and services. A background in retail with strong communication and teamwork is valued; must be 18+ and have retail/customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs.
• Guides and supports members regarding self-service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Locates merchandise, resolves member issues, and promotes Walmart products and services.
• Supervises associates in assigned area, assigns duties, trains and evaluates staff.
• Receives and stocks supplies; maintains sales floor and product displays.
• Ensures safety, forklift procedures, and compliance with company policies.
• Oversees order picking, staging, and timely processing of club pick up orders.
• Collaborates with managers and partners to improve processes and address issues.
