Job summary

The AEO store in Pooler, GA is seeking a Merchandise Leader to champion Floorset execution, visual standards, and guest experience. You will partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to train the Floorset team and ensure stock is replenished and displayed to planogram standards.

You thrive on detail, lead by example, and bring energy to a fast-paced retail environment where teamwork and recognition are core values. Flexibility for mornings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and visual presentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and coach team members on Floorset execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards across store merchandising and displays.
• Oversee replenishment and day-to-day merchandising to optimize sell-through.
• Support Merchandising Team Leader to ensure guest experience remains a top priority.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, recognition and safety on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
