• Maintain sales floor: stock, price merchandise, set up displays, and process returns according to policy.
• Support management with supervision of associates, assigning duties, training, and feedback to ensure service quality.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies, including Open Door Policy and hazardous materials handling.
