Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns and promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Guides members on self-service technology.
• Processes member purchases and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Follows safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Corrects and reports unsafe situations to facility management.
• Assists with training of Member Frontline Services associates.
• Delivers training on new programs rollout.
• Zones and arranges merchandise and maintains a safe shopping environment.
• Complies with Open Door Policy and company ethics and integrity expectations.
