Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college or equivalent, or 1 year retail experience with 6 months of supervisory experience, or 2 years general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience, or 1 year of Sam's Club experience, or 3 years of military experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow to empower associates and serve members.
• Model Sam’s Club values and demonstrate servant leadership to foster accountability and community focus.
• Collaborate across departments to improve delivery to members and maintain an omni-merchant mindset.
