Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, guiding self-service technology and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Stock, merchandise, and organize the sales floor, including displays and pricing according to store policies.
• Resolve member issues and concerns, processing returns and exchanges per guidelines, and promote Walmart/Sam's Club products and services.
• Support management with supervision of associates: assign duties, train, coach, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain safety and compliance by following procedures for hazardous materials, safety sweeps, and equipment operation.
