Job summary

Sam's Club in San Antonio is hiring a member service associate to help shoppers, answer questions, guide purchases, stock shelves, and keep the sales floor welcoming and organized. You will work with a team to deliver friendly service and resolve member issues following company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: leading a team, supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs and guiding purchases.
• Assists management with supervision of associates and training to ensure member issues are resolved.
• Receives and stocks supplies, maintains sales floor, and handles merchandise displays and pricing.
• Ensures safety and compliance with company policies; supports Open Door Policy and collaboration.
• Leads teams and communicates goals while delivering high standards of service to members.
