Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Lufkin, TX. You will be the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing thestore's Merchandising strategy, training and coaching your team into great merchants who deliver AEO brand Visual standards daily.

You will ensure floorset execution, effective replenishment, and a guest-ready store while representing our company values and authentic self at work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a store environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising standards.
• Experience with floorset execution and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• Coach team to deliver brand standards and maintain visual merchandising, floorsets, and replenishment.
• Lead and develop team through training, performance feedback, and coaching to meet business needs.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure adequate staffing and ongoing development.
• Execute daily operations to maintain store standards and guest readiness across zones including fitting rooms.
