American Eagle Outfitters in Little Rock, AR is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to develop and implement the store's Merchandising strategy. You will train and coach your team to become great merchants delivering AEO Visual standards daily, and ensure floorset execution and guest-ready replenishment.

As a strong people leader, you will recruit and develop talent, provide real-time coaching, maintain visual standards, and uphold store safety and asset protection while driving guest

Qualifications

Retail management experience preferred.
Experience training and coaching teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of brand standards and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing guest flows and floorset productivity.
Coach team to deliver AEO Visual standards and store merchandising excellence.
Recruit, train and develop talent to sustain great customer service and performance.
Provide real-time coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
Maintain daily operational procedures and visual standards across all store zones.
Keep fitting rooms guest-ready and uphold asset protection and safety standards.
