Job summary

Brobston Group hires a Merchandise Operations Associate to support daily store operations through merchandise handling, inventory control, order fulfillment, and stockroom maintenance. This in-store role helps sustain merchandise standards and supports store sales and the customer experience.

The position involves receiving and processing merchandise, packing and shipping customer orders, updating pricing, maintaining back-stock, and assisting with in-store activations and signage.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, transfer, and handle merchandise and freight.
• Pack and ship online and in-store customer orders.
• Complete merchandise placement, price changes, reticketing, and inventory control tasks.
• Maintain back-stock and stockroom organization.
• Support merchandising, sale events, signage, and in-store activations.
• Follow safety procedures in the dock and other work areas.
