Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead merchandising and store operations with SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution to maintain customer-ready store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, replenishment, and stock movement to the sales floor.
• Maintain in-stock accuracy through Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes.
