Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate as a reliable part of the Field Activity Support Team. You will own start-to-finish tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, price changes and merchandise assembly, while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

Ideal candidates have retail or merchandising experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read, write and count accurately. Must be 18+ and able to work shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Read, write and count accurately regardless of education level.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform store price changes accurately and promptly.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA (Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Ask).
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor.
