Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work within a single store, taking ownership of start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes. You will also support merchandise assembly and fixture setup while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

Ideal candidates bring prior retail or merchandising experience, a high school diploma (preferred), and the ability to read, write, and count accurately. Shifts vary by store and require flexibility and reliability.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform price changes accurately and on schedule.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on progress and issues.
