Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage and price changes. You will support merchandising, fixture assembly, and general store upkeep while delivering legendary customer service.

Ideal candidates bring retail/merchandising experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to read, write and count accurately. Shifts vary and physical tasks may include lifting and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements and store price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and prioritize customer service using the GURA method.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment and adhere to safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
