Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team. This role focuses on owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly in a single store location while delivering legendary customer service.

Ideal candidates have prior retail or merchandising experience, strong communication abilities, basic computer skills, and a self-directed work style to complete assignments with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Must be self-directed and able to complete assignments with little to no assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and on time.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and on time.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and perform recovery checks.
• Provide legendary customer service while in stores using the GURA framework: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
