Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team in the store. You will own and execute planograms, signage, price changes and assist with merchandise and fixture assembly while ensuring legendary customer service.

You must be 18+ with retail or merchandising experience, and have basic reading/writing and counting abilities. The role involves flexible shifts and a focus on team collaboration and store standards.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and store resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures; support fixture setup as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service following GURA principles.
