Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to execute start-to-finish tasks in-store, from planograms to price changes, signage, and fixture assembly, while delivering legendary customer service. You will work with the Field Activity Support Team and interact with customers and team members to support store operations.

• Retail or merchandising experience required; farming or pet knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service in store.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor about work completion and issues.
