Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service.

Ideal candidates have prior retail/merchandising experience, can read/write/count, and are 18+. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to work with team members to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet the customer.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
