Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, handling start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes while assisting with merchandise and fixtures. You will engage customers and teammates, delivering legendary service daily.

The role emphasizes availability, adaptability, and service orientation, with shifts driven by business needs and a focus on accurate execution and safety in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accuracy is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements and price changes.
• Install and maintain store signage including circulars and price cuts.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA guidance.
