Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, merchandise and fixture assembly, and sign maintenance, while delivering legendary customer service.

You will work with customers and team members, adapting to store needs, communicating with the District FAST Supervisor, and performing planograms, resets, price updates, and stock organization, all while promoting safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior retail/merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including circulars, price cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
