Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to execute start-to-finish merchandising tasks in-store, including planograms, signage, and price changes. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service and support store operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining signage, assembling fixtures, and completing planograms. You will work shifts as needed, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and customer-first service in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform pricing changes.
• Install, update and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
