Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate in a single store, handling end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and team members while delivering legendary service.

The role requires flexibility, readiness, and a service-oriented mindset, with shifts typically ranging from 4 to over 10 hours, and a focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Self-directed with ability to complete assignments with little assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project measurements and store price changes.
• Install and maintain store signage including circulars and specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and safety in the store.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA.
