Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and complete start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly within a store. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service.

This role emphasizes availability, adaptability, and proactive communication, with shifts varying by business needs. A high school diploma is preferred, and you must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
