Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Merchandise Manager for our Bridgewater, NJ location. You will drive merchandising and operational execution including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.

Responsibilities include leading truck processes, workload planning, in-stock optimization, planogram execution, and maintaining a customer-ready store environment while coaching team members and improving loss

Qualifications

3+ years retail leadership experience.
Ability to lead and manage adherence to SOPs and Company programs.

Responsibilities

Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading, accurate sorting, and efficient flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, partnering with store leadership to align staffing and execution to business needs.
