The Michaels Stores in Burlington, NJ, is seeking a Full Time Merchandising Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and in-store presentation to ensure a customer-ready environment.

You will lead workload planning, provide MOD coverage, coach team members, and maintain stock integrity while supporting store leadership to align staffing with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain backroom organization and a customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and pricing changes.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving, with proper adjustments.
• Manage shrink reduction with Asset Protection practices; train staff.
