Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution for the store, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution to keep the store customer-ready.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Lead truck execution, unloads, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to align staffing to business needs.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Supervise planogram execution and visual merchandising presentation to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment including backroom and sales floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy and stock movement; execute ad sets and price changes on time.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes with accurate documentation.
