Michaels Stores in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and store execution, including pricing, promotions, planograms, and visual standards to ensure a customer‑ready store environment.

You will lead workload planning, inventory routines, SOP adherence, ship‑from‑store, RTV/ASN processes, and in‑stock initiatives while coaching team members to deliver results and maintain shrink control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of policies, store conditions, and results.
• Provide Manager‑on‑Duty (MOD) coverage and maintain store leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow of merchandise to floor.
• Plan workload and prioritise daily tasks with store leadership.
• Drive in‑stock levels and replenishment accuracy through SISO routines.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, and stock movements.
• Execute ad sets, price changes, and promotional signage.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN receiving.
