Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager to join the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and focusing on merchandising and processing freight.

You will assist with all store functions, maintain areas to company standards, protect assets, and ensure a positive, safe environment while interacting with customers and associates. This role includes opening/closing procedures and planning monthly Sales Planners.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all store functions and daily activities.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
