Ernest is seeking an Expeditor to support its buying process and drive on-time deliveries. This on-site role in Denver, CO requires coordinating with Merchandising, Warehouse, and Sales to ensure accurate reporting and timely execution of orders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and update critical reports (open order, purchase order follow-up) to keep data accurate and actionable.
• Confirm and expedite orders daily to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Warehouse, Accounts Payable, and CRM (sales) teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Directly communicate with suppliers to maintain alignment with high standards.
• Coordinate inbound freight schedules and delivery logs as applicable by location.
• Serve as a key connector between Merchandising, Sales, and Customer Service on delivery and supplier performance matters.
