Ernest is seeking an Expeditor to support the buying process and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will manage critical reports, coordinate cross-functionally, and act as a hub between merchandising, sales, and customer service to resolve supplier and delivery issues.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while using Excel for data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience navigating fast-paced cross-functional environments and coordinating across departments.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to keep processes on track.
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities under pressure and solving problems quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update open order and purchase order reports to keep data accurate and actionable.
• Collaborate with Merchandisers, Warehouse, Accounts Payable, and Sales CRM to resolve issues.
• Communicate with suppliers to maintain alignment and uphold high standards.
• Serve as a key connector among Merchandising, Sales, and Customer Service on delivery and performance.
