Job summary

Ernest is seeking an Expeditor to join our Merchandising team on-site in Denver, CO. You’ll support the buying process, manage open order and purchase order follow-ups, and help ensure on-time deliveries.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Merchandisers, Warehouse, Accounts Payable and Sales to resolve issues quickly, maintain delivery logs, and act as a key connector between departments to uphold our high standards.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to coordinate across departments and keep processes on track.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update key reports like open order and purchase order follow-up reports.
• Confirm and expedit e orders daily to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Collaborate with Merchandisers, Warehouse, Accounts Payable, and CRM’s (sales) to resolve issues quickly.
• Communicate directly with suppliers to maintain alignment and high standards.
• Coordinate inbound freight schedules and maintain delivery logs as applicable by location.
• Act as a key connector between Merchandising, Sales, and Customer Service on delivery or supplier performance matters.
