Catalyst Brands is seeking an Assistant Manager of Merchandise at JCPenney stores to lead and engage associates, maintain merchandise standards, and execute sales-building programs that drive profitability and a superior customer experience.

You will own merchandise execution, customer service excellence, Omnichannel training, and specialty-business initiatives (Fine Jewelry, Window & Mattress), while participating in hiring and coaching to build a strong, high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise execution: owns in-stock levels and replenishment, maintains presentation standards.
• Customer service: coaches the team to deliver outstanding service and engages customers.
• Omnichannel: trains and coaches on all Omnichannel initiatives.
