Job summary

You will handle checkout, engage customers about rewards programs, assist with stock, pricing, and merchandising, and support omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store. This role requires standing and moving throughout the store, including occasional lifting.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Comfort with merchandise recovery and planogram tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in‑stock store and complete merchandise recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and policies.
