Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a store role focused on receiving, merchandising, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

You will work with a team across our distribution centers and retail stores to keep shelves stocked and properly tagged. The position requires 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role; you must be flexible to nights and weekends, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and work nights/weekends
• Team player with peers and supervisors
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Able to train others

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and deliver excellent customer service
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles
• Promote customer experience and safety in the store
• Collaborate with management to meet labor and shrink goals
