Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a team-oriented Associate to execute receiving and merchandising tasks while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will help maintain organized stockrooms, tag and shelve merchandise, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure smooth store operations.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience plus at least 6 months in a leadership role, and are able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store flow.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain clean, organized shelves and backroom.
• Train Associates on merchandising principles and processing
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise and coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty.
• Monitor productivity and coach as needed to meet store goals.
• Support shrink reduction efforts and follow safety and labor policies.
