Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager to lead a team in a busy retail environment. You will ensure excellent customer service, a clean and safe store, and strong merchandising execution while working with district and area staff to meet sales and operational goals.

This role requires multi-shift availability, the ability to train and develop associates, and occasional travel to support neighboring stores.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates to deliver quality customer service and maintain a clean, safe, stocked store.
• Plan for spikes in sales and ensure in-stock position to support demand.
• Conduct safety walks and coach associates on safe practices.
• Drive sales and margin goals while maximizing store efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with store leadership peers, District Manager, and Area support staff.
