Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Austin, TX is hiring a full-time field merchandising associate to stock, display, and rotate products across retail beverage outlets. You will travel to grocery stores, move products between backrooms and shelves, ensure correct pricing and placement, and use our routing and reporting tools to document execution.

The role requires you to be at least 21, have reliable private transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Full‑time, 5 days per week (including Saturday)
• Shifts: Early morning start times between 9am–10 am
• Pay: $19.00 per hour + overtime + monthly car and mileage reimbursement
• Work:Active, field‑based merchandising in retail beverage outlets across Austin

Position Responsibilities:

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
