Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks a route merchandising professional to visit grocery stores and beverage outlets, stock, display, and rotate products across assigned routes. You will move products between backrooms and floor displays using manual equipment and document execution with photos.

The role emphasizes routing accuracy, inventory freshness, and in-store presentation. A valid driver's license and reliable auto insurance are required, with the physical ability to lift up to 170 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable personal automobile transportation and valid driver's license.
• Auto insurance coverage must meet company and state requirements.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds when needed

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
• 6 months related work experience
